Educators’ Reflective Practice Group

With the pandemic of COVID-19, it has been an unprecedented year for our country and the world, schools and systems, and families and children.  While the prescription for our physical health is “physical distance” our mental health needs connection and closeness to thrive.  Educators have been left especially vulnerable, as they navigate their own stress and concerns while modeling, teaching and caring for the social and emotional development of everyone who walks through their school doors.

Alliance Member School Educators are invited to join ongoing relational, strengths-based support for the school year. Educators need to make time to "fill their cup" so they can fill others'.

Reflective practice groups are a supportive forum to help practitioners:

  • develop their professional resilience

  • critically engage in their practice

  • review their actions and decision making processes

  • reflect on their learning

This event is open to Member Schools of The Alliance. Limited availability and must commit to attending all sessions. Registration is required and a Zoom link will be provided when confirmed.  Register Here.
